I am no cook so I find these easy to follow videos of great value – both in terms of the ingredients used and the enthusiasm Bobby Parrish has for what he is doing. I do admit, however, that I would show my wife the video because she is a far better cook than I am, and we wouldn't have to wait long before we ate!
The recipe Bobby shows on the video is actually called “Morocan Chicken Stew With Low Carb Golden Cauliflower Rice” so the recipe is an excellent one as part of a Keto meal plan.
In both dishes there are 9 herbs, 6 vegetables, 3 nuts, and 1 fruit and watching the video certainly makes me hungry
I really like the combinations Bobby has included here, especially the Tumeric which is great for our digestion as well as our joints. You could possibly place the chicken stew on top of the rice for each serving.
